F.I.S.T.-concept :

There are ten grades. The first 4 are "just" technical with different situations like darkness, outdoor, moving targets...  and include the ten techniques. The last 5 grades are detailed applications with different weapons, use of force, drills, take downs, handcuffing, first aid, groundwork, detailed theory and several other topics like the addition and subtraction methods of US Police.

depending on the skills of the participants  every certification is possible.

The seminar includes a grading examination and a teach back for the F.I.S.T. teaching license!
